Return & Exchanges

Alin Hijabs allow for return and exchange if you’ve changed your mind about a product. All returns and exchanges due to changes of mind are subject to a 7-day return and exchange policy upon receive of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• All items must be returned in its original packaging, unworn and unaltered. Please ensure the tag is intact and attached to the item purchased.
• For online orders, shipping cost associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Alin Hijabs.
• Alin Hijabs deserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the product(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirement above

This return policy does not apply to items under SALES/CLEARENCE section & also to the items which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.

Refund

Refund is available for faulty items within seven (7) days from the date of item purchased. Full refund will be made subject to the conditions of the faulty items which will be evaluated by our team. Please ensure the tag is intact and attached the item purchased. Refund will be for the purchased price in the original form of payment. Return and refund shipping charged are the responsibility of the customer. Please be informed that returns can only be refunded as store credit in the form of an Alin Hijabs Voucher and all refunds are subject to our return and exchange policy. Alin Hijabs deserves the right to deny a refund if the product(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements above.
